Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your item. Please see below for conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (resell-able condition). It must also be in the original packaging with your receipt of purchase. Your item will also need to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. All shipping costs willnot be refunded or credited
Items not eligible for a return or exchange
Gift cards, Products with obvious signs of use, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged in any way, Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jenavive64@hotmail.com and send your item to: 88 Bourke Street, Goulburn NSW 2580, Australia.
Shipping
The Goulburn Day Spa offers $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide and in store pick up.
All orders will be packed & dispatched (Monday to Friday) within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of cleared funds. Please note this excludes NSW public holidays.
